How we securely access your Zoho account

When working with Relevate on your Zoho account, we need to gain access to do the work. In order to do this you need to share your login details with us. Different clients have different risk profiles and require certain security measures to protect their data. We can securely save your TOTP authentication secret in our password vault. This is then only shared with the relevant team.

  1. access Accounts.zoho.com
  2. enable authentication method
  3. extract the authentication key from the URL
  4. save the authentication secret in our vault to generate a new key on the same refresh sequence

Once we have all this information, we can securely log into your account without needing to constantly contact you every time we need to access the system on your behalf. This allows us to work on projects and provide support without taking up an extra user licence or interrupting you as the primary user.
