Add us as your Zoho Partner

Tag your Zoho Partner

To allow us to provide you with support we need to add your account to our partner portal.

If you are reading this, it is likely that you would like to tag us as your Zoho partner.

Tagging us as your partner allows us to complete support requests on your behalf, help you manage your account and get advanced assistance from Zoho when required. No matter what Zoho program you have you can tag us by clicking on the Tag Your Partner link below and then select all apps and save. First you need to determine if you have an AU domain or a .COM domain. To do this you need to look at the URL in the search bar when you are logged into zoho.

You can see that the one in this image is a .COM domain, there will be an additional .AU if it is an AU domain. For example one.zoho.com.au



You will then need to click on the relevant partner mapping link instructions listed below:

For an AU domain:

You will then need to go in and select all apps to map them as demonstrated here:




Once you have selected us as your account, if you are not currently mapped to any partner you will see the changes immediately. If you are currently mapped to another partner and would like to change, it may take a few days to associate as Zoho will want to check with the previous partner to ensure that there is no bad intent. The partner ecosystem is small, and we try our best to be respectful to other partners. We will never force you to change partners, the decision is always yours.
