Tag your Zoho Partner
To allow us to provide you with support we need to add your account to our partner portal.
This allows us to complete support requests on your behalf. No matter what zoho program you have you can tag us by clicking on the Tag Your Partner link below and then select all apps and save. First you need to determine if you have an AU domain or a .COM domain. To do this you need to look at the URL in the search bar when you are logged into zoho.
You can see that the one in this image is a .COM domain, there will be an additional .AU if it is an AU domain. For example one.zoho.com.au
You will then need to click on the relevant partner mapping link instructions listed below:
For an AU domain:
To tag me as your partner go to the link here:

For a .COM domain

You will then need to go in and select all apps to map them as demonstrated here:
