Tagging us as your partner allows us to complete support requests on your behalf, help you manage your account and get advanced assistance from Zoho when required. No matter what Zoho program you have you can tag us by clicking on the Tag Your Partner link below and then select all apps and save. First you need to determine if you have an AU domain or a .COM domain. To do this you need to look at the URL in the search bar when you are logged into zoho.

You can see that the one in this image is a .COM domain, there will be an additional .AU if it is an AU domain or .IN if you are in the Indian Domain. For example: one.zoho.com.au

Once you have selected us as your account, if you are not currently mapped to any partner you will see the changes immediately. If you are currently mapped to another partner and would like to change, it may take a few days to associate as Zoho will want to check with the previous partner to ensure that there is no bad intent. The partner ecosystem is small, and we try our best to be respectful to other partners. We will never force you to change partners, the decision is always yours.
