Dev as a Service

CRM Development, or any software development, can be a large project. Often, when creating software or implementing projects, the underlying business case changes over time. We find that an Agile development process is the best way to deliver real value faster and enables a feedback loop to further improve the outcome along the way. That is why we came up with Dev as a Service.

Dev as a Service

gives you an allocated resource for a particular period of time per month. It allows us to set up a shared workspace with you, share files such as diagrams, worksheets and also have a shared task list or ideas board where we can communicate about what needs to be done. Ideally we will:
  1. create a task backlog of desired features from our shared brainstorming efforts
  2. hold regular 'stand up' meetings with you on a weekly or fortnightly basis
  3. talk about the features and improve those ideas
  4. commit development time to building, testing and releasing the features
  5. get feedback from previous features and ensure they are working well.
Our developer as a service pricing is based on a regular commitment of hours. We have packages for smaller tiers but can tailor a package that works for you if you need something more.

Dev Team as a Service (also called Digital Transformation as a Service)

This is similar to Dev as a Service but is for larger companies that require more complex assistance. It includes multiple resources that operate as a team to work as a team for your business. It includes:
  1. A Consultant - to advise on high level strategy and system architecture
  2. A Developer - to build the technical elements
  3. A Technician - to handle bugs and support requests, freeing up the developer for higher level tasks
