How to Upgrade your Zoho One account
Zoho One comes in two pricing plans. Per user pricing and all user pricing. To upgrade your account you need to be logged in and go to payments.zoho.com
Alternatively you can follow these steps.
- Sign in to Zoho One.
- Click your account or face icon in the top-right corner to get to the sidebar.
- Under Subscription, click Upgrade.
Note: If you have any paid subscriptions to individual services, ensure you add them to the Zoho One bundle before you click Upgrade. This will enable us to calculate your payment on a pro-rata basis.
- Click UPGRADE under either the All Employee Pricing plan or the Flexible User Pricing plan. Learn about the plans in our Pricing FAQ.
- If you're upgrading to the All Employee Pricing plan, read and accept the License Agreement.
- Choose Yearly or Monthly subscription, enter the number of employees/users in your organization, then click PROCEED.
- Enter your billing details, choose your payment method, then click PROCEED TO PAY.
Note: If you chose Debit Card/Netbanking as your payment method, you will need to provide your payment details every time your payment is renewed.
- Click LET'S GET STARTED.
