How to access a shared mailbox in Microsoft

Shared mailboxes are a great way to create a shared space to receive emails without taking up additional user licences.

Steps to Access the Shared Mailbox from your individual email:

  1. Log in to your primary Outlook Web Access (OWA) email account by visiting Outlook Web Access.
  2. Click on your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Open another mailbox.
  4. Enter the email address of the shared mailbox account and click Open.
  5. The shared mailbox will open in a new tab or window, allowing you to access it.
