Collaboration spaces in Microsoft Teams

Teams, inside Microsoft Teams, is a great place for collaboration. We use a shared team space with our clients as a place to share files, ideas and discussions. This is not the project management system but is used as a high level discussion area to talk about project scope and as an agile planning area. We refine task descriptions and prioritise work based on user feedback and business need.

We will invite you to our team space and can include the relevant project team members and collaborators.

Setup steps:

1. Provision a team - this can take up to a minute
   
2. Assign members - this can take a few minutes to provision
   
3. Accept invite in email - check junk or non focussed inbox
   
4. Authenticate into our team - Microsoft authenticator app or you can opt for a text message.
   

When posting a message, please note that we are not automatically notified. To get our attention you will need to @mention us individually or you can notify all members of the team space by mentioning @everyone

Once we have provisioned a team we will typically add 'Tasks by Planner & To-Do' as our area for sharing of ideas and for our agile development backlog.
