I specialise in CRM and Marketing Automation and am certified on the Salesforce platform including: Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant and working towards Field Service and others.

I have an MBA (Marketing), a Bachelor of Accounting and Management as well as many years of experience working with a range of platforms. I help design efficient processes and build them into automation systems whilst remaining connected to the customer in a personalised way. I educate people and businesses on the importance of Digital Business Literacy and its impact on business profitability and success.
