We are Looking forward to getting started on your Project. Before we begin, there are a few things we cover to make sure the project runs smoothly.
The two main areas to get us started are credentials and communication.
Meetings:
We like to book a kick-off meeting where we can make sure we have all the right information, points of contact and accesses necessary to complete the work.
Credentials:
We have a secure password vault that we store client logins into so we’ll need a list of usernames/passwords. These can include
- Your Microsoft or Google account etc.
- Your CRM/ERP or whichever operational software we are working in
- Your website platform
- Your website hosting and domain name portals (so we can connect things behind the scenes
- Links to any diagrams or charts outlining current or future business process
- Access to any files containing data such as SQL databases, spreadsheets and the like
- Any other platforms you think necessary such forms or anywhere we will be extracting data from
Note that some platforms require us to do a 2-factor authentication the first time we log in so you should expect a call from your project team at some stage to get that code from you then we should be able to login using that going forward without 2FA.

Also, if you prefer and it doesn’t cost you extra users, you can share access to these platforms by creating us our own users so long as those users have full admin access as this is often required for integration purposes.
