Feature Voting

If you have an idea that you want to share, you can contribute to ideas in the community forum. 



Inside our knowledge base you can find ideas by navigating to Community>Idea

From there you will see the idea with a vote button. Voting for an idea helps us to know what to prioritise and allows us to help the most amount of people, solving the most needed challenge first. 

Ideas can be created from forum topics that can be converted to an idea or by our team through tickets. Once you send us your idea through the ticketing system, we will then review it, convert it to a succinct statement, deconflict with any existing feature requests and then submit the new idea for voting.
